Personal training at Metropol: Tailored to your needs
Our school’s individualized format offers a flexible educational track in three areas: Czech, English, and German. We create personalized programs for children, teenagers, and adults, helping them solve real-life, educational, and career challenges in Prague and beyond.
Who is this format ideal for:
- Schoolchildren and teenagers. We help you quickly adapt to studying in the Czech Republic. We support students from Czech, British, German, and international schools in Prague, helping them master the school curriculum and foreign language terminology.
- Adults (study and career). We tailor the course to your professional needs: from conversational practice for everyday life to preparation for interviews at international companies, business presentations, and academic work.
- Candidates for exams. We prepare for all types of language tests: certified exams for permanent residence and citizenship in the Czech Republic, Cambridge exams (PET, FCE, CAE), TOEFL, IELTS, as well as school graduation and entrance exams.
Convenient format, time and intensity of your choice
- Offline in the heart of Prague. Study in the comfortable classrooms of our school in the city center.
- Online from anywhere in the world. Learn on a convenient interactive platform without wasting time on travel, while maintaining the full effectiveness of a live lesson.
- Time and workload management. The standard duration of one lesson is 60 minutes. However, upon your request, we can easily adjust the timing and intensity to suit your goals. Any lesson format is available: 45, 60, 90 or even 120 minutes, as well as any frequency of meetings per week. The schedule and workload are determined solely by you.
Tuition fees
The cost is calculated monthly based on your chosen intensity and the base price for one lesson (60 minutes):
- Levels A1 – A2: 750 CZK / 60 minutes
- Levels B1 – B2: 800 CZK / 60 minutes
- Preparation for any exams:
Permanent residence: 750 CZK / 60 minutes
Citizenship: 800 CZK / 60 minutes
Cambridge exams/TOEFL: A1–A2: 750 CZK / 60 minutes, B1–B2: 800 CZK / 60 minutes, C1: 850 CZK / 60 minutes
- Advanced level C1: 850 CZK / 60 minutes
⚡ Classes with promising teachers (levels A1-A2): 700 CZK / 60 minutes. The format is led by our ambitious young colleagues who are truly passionate about their profession and have already achieved excellent results. An excellent choice for easily overcoming the language barrier and regular practice at a great price.
Terms and methods of payment
We’ve made the payment process as transparent and secure as possible, giving you the flexibility to manage your budget and time:
- Minimum package. Payment is made in advance for a minimum of 4 lessons. You determine the intensity and schedule of these meetings for the month.
- Convenient methods. You can pay for your tuition in any convenient way: by bank transfer to a Czech account, by card on our website, or in cash at our school in central Prague.
- Ultra-Flexible Carry (3-Hour Rule). If you or your child’s plans change, you can reschedule or cancel a lesson without losing money. To do this, it is enough to notify the teacher or school manager at least 3 hours before the start of the lesson.
How is your individual program structured?
Individualized learning at Metropol School has no set templates. We don’t force you to follow a standard textbook if you only need conversational skills for work, and we don’t waste time on basic grammar if your goal is an academic essay.
Your program is formed from three elements: your personal goal, your current level, and your comfortable pace.
4 steps to creating your perfect track
- Setting a measurable goal. We translate the abstract idea of ”I want to learn a language” into a concrete task: passing a permanent residence exam, understanding teachers at a Czech grammar school, or passing a job interview.
- Deep language audit. The teacher doesn’t just assess an abstract level (for example, B1), but looks at your skills in detail: where there are psychological barriers, how developed your hearing is, where your grammar is weak.
- Assembly of modules. From our vast database of educational materials, we compile your personal track. We combine live articles, professional terminology, interactive tasks, and a classic database.
- Flexible adjustment. A program is a living organism. If school throws up a difficult topic during our studies, we immediately pause our current plan and review the school material.

Are any documents required to enroll in the course?
– In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education of the Czech Republic, each student must fill out a STUDENT FORM.
