Cost and conditions of training

Flexible payment system: you can choose the most convenient payment method for the course:

• Monthly – classic prepayment for a month in advance, allowing you to plan your budget in stages – 5750 CZK/month.
• The 5-month package is a great way to lock in the cost of tuition for six months, get a 10% discount, and avoid worrying about monthly payments – 27,300 CZK.
• The full 10-month course is the maximum benefit for those who aim for a guaranteed result (completion of two levels in an academic year) at the most attractive price (15% discount) – 46,575 CZK.

Individual approach without additional charges: Our base prices are for standard groups of 4 or more people. If for some reason the group becomes smaller, we we don’t force you to pay extra for the VIP format. Instead, we adapt class time to the number of students:

• A group of 3 people practices 15 minutes less than the standard time.
• A group of 2 people practices for 30 minutes less.

Thanks to this, you get twice as much personal attention from the teacher, speak more often, and manage to cover the same amount of material much faster!

🔥 Harmful tips for surviving in Europe (or how to guarantee NOT talking):

• Communicate only with gestures. Supermarket clerks in Prague and Berlin love to play crocodile. Develop your acting skills instead of your language skills by demanding exactly three croissants or the right type of sausage on your fingers!
• Wait for the perfect moment. Don’t start speaking until you’ve mastered all 10 Czech verb forms, German Conjunctive II. and all 12 English tenses. Be silent for years. It looks mysterious and very solid.
• Ignore the mailbox. Tons of paper letters in German or Czech from government agencies are simply spam. It’s much more fun to guess what you were fined for simply by the amount due.
• Nod during calls. When a British colleague puts on his or her polished London accent at a work meeting, just smile and wave. If at the end you are asked: “Any questions?” , confidently write in the chat “Clear!”. You’ll find out later that you’ve been assigned a project by shouts in Slack.
• Translate idioms literally. Stun your English-speaking colleagues with phrases like “Where is the dog buried?” or “I will show you Kuzma’s mother.”. Let the international team learn our metaphors; was it for nothing that they hired an expat?
• Use the translator until you win. Hang out with your smartphone in front of every official at the Foreigners’ Affairs Office. There’s definitely a line of fifty angry expats behind you waiting while your app updates.
• Give in to difficult sounds. If the Czech “ř” is a sound, German umlauts, or English “th” If they don’t work on the first try, just cough at that moment. The locals are used to seasonal allergies, no one will suspect anything.
• Be afraid to make a mistake. Remember: if you confuse the article, case or preposition, you will be immediately deported. (Just kidding. The locals will be happy that you’re just trying to speak their language!).

Is it possible to join a group that is already studying?

• Yes, if there are free places in the group.
• You will need to take a free test.
• This will help ensure that the group level is right for you.

What format are the classes held in: online or offline?

• We offer both formats for your choice.
• Offline classes are held at our fully equipped center in Prague.
• Online lessons are conducted live on our own educational platform with a teacher.

How many people study in one group?

• We are committed to quality, so we only form mini-groups.
• Standard group size is from 4 to 8 people.
• This ensures that every student has time to speak up in class.

Who teaches the classes?

• Our team is an international team of experienced, qualified teachers and certified native speakers.

Payment, discounts and returns

How is the tuition fee paid?

• We work on a monthly prepayment system.
• Payment is made exactly one month in advance from the course start date.
• Example: you started studying on February 4th – the next payment is due before March 3rd.
• Available payment methods:
  • Fast online card payment directly through our website;
  • By invoice or bank details;
  • In cash directly at the school office.

Are there discounts for long-term training?

• Yes, you can save a lot by paying for the course in advance.
• With a one-time payment for 5 months you get a 10% discount .
• If you pay for 10 months at once, you will receive a 15% discount .

This is the most profitable option for those who are aiming for a guaranteed result.

What happens to my payment if my circumstances change and I am unable to continue my studies?

• We understand that adult students may have changes in their plans, jobs, or residence.
• If you decide to stop your course, we will refund you for any unused lessons .
• To do this, you must submit an application 14 days before the planned date of termination of studies.
• When refunding funds for long-term courses (5 or 10 months), the amount paid is recalculated at the standard rate without taking into account the wholesale discount.

Documents, passes and certificates

What documents are required to enroll in the course?

• Only a completed “Student Form” is required .
• This is a standard requirement of the Ministry of Education of the Czech Republic.

Do you provide documents for tax returns (Daňové přiznání)?

• Yes, we issue a full package of documents: an official invoice (faktura) and confirmation of payment.
• For individuals (HPP/DPP/DPČ employment): You can request that your employer pay for your studies through the Fund for Cultural and Social Needs (FKSP) or corporate benefits.
• For entrepreneurs (OSVČ): If learning a foreign language is directly related to developing your business or working with foreign clients, you can deduct the course costs from your taxable income ( daňově uznatelné náklady ) to reduce your taxable base.
• Simply inform your manager when you make an appointment that you will need documents with your company details (IČO).

What should I do if I get sick or go on a business trip?

• Please notify the school manager 24 hours before class.
• For mini-groups, we will provide a recording of the lesson or teaching materials.
• For individual lessons, transfer is possible without loss of payment.

Do you issue a certificate upon completion of the course?

• Yes, all students receive an official school certificate.
• It indicates the final language level according to the international CEFR scale.
• To receive a certificate, you must attend at least 80% of the course classes.
